Every donation made through unitedsocialimpact.ong is used to support social projects that benefit children, families and vulnerable communities. We carefully select and monitor the initiatives we support to ensure that funds are used responsibly and create a measurable, positive impact.

2. Maximum funds directed to programmes

We are committed to directing the maximum possible share of every donation to frontline projects. Operational and administrative costs are kept under strict control so that your contribution can go further and reach more people in need.

3. Transparent use of donations

We believe donors have the right to know how their money is used. UNITED SOCIAL IMPACT INSTITUTE will:

• Provide clear information about our projects and funding priorities;
• Publish periodic updates and impact stories on our website and communication channels;
• Offer, upon request, a summary of how donations have been allocated across our programmes.

4. Secure and compliant payment processing

Online donations are processed through trusted payment partners, following industry security standards. Card and payment details are handled by certified providers, and UNITED SOCIAL IMPACT INSTITUTE does not store full card information on its own systems.

We operate in accordance with applicable United States laws and regulations for nonprofit corporations and follow best practices for protecting donor data and privacy.

5. Data protection and privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data shared when making a donation is collected only for legitimate purposes such as processing payments, issuing receipts and communicating project updates (when you choose to receive them). Our practices are explained in detail in our Privacy Notice.

6. Errors, concerns or refund requests

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or without your authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.
